Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Bookings

For consultation appointments:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with 50% fee applied to new booking
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; consultation fee forfeited
  • No-show: No refund; consultation fee forfeited

Design Project Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. The deposit covers initial research, planning time, and secures your project in our schedule. If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact us immediately to discuss options.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel an active project:

  • You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any unused portion of payments beyond completed work may be refunded at our discretion
  • Design files and deliverables will be provided for work that has been paid for
  • A cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining project value may apply

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know immediately. We include revision rounds in all design packages specifically to address feedback and ensure you love the final result. Additional revisions beyond what's included in your package may incur additional fees.

Product Purchases

HOME DESIGN AMERICA LLC does not sell products directly. All furniture, materials, and decor purchases are made directly from vendors. Returns and refunds for purchased products are subject to each vendor's individual return policy.
