Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

HOME DESIGN AMERICA LLC provides interior design consultation, space planning, design concepts, furniture and material selections, and related design services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement for each project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Generally:

  • A deposit is required to begin work on any project
  • Payments are due according to the schedule in your agreement
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by HOME DESIGN AMERICA LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for their personal project only. Designs may not be shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their space and requirements
  • Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Grant necessary access to the property for measurements or installations

Limitation of Liability

HOME DESIGN AMERICA LLC provides design recommendations and guidance. We are not responsible for construction, installation, or execution of designs unless explicitly included in our scope of work. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Project Changes

Changes to project scope may result in additional fees. We will provide written notice of any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
